UK Delivery

Shipping is charged at £3.00 for the first item with a further 50p for every extra item on top of that up to a maximum of £5.00. Please select UK Delivery when checking out.

Items will be despatched as they are available using Royal Mail Recorded Delivery and therefore someone will be required to sign for the package.

The aim is to deliver stock items within 4 working days provided you order before 12pm Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays). We will do everything within our power to make this happen but obviously we cannot be held responsible for any late deliveries which are due to circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Alternative delivery options are available on request, for example if the package is urgent. To discuss these please contact our customer services team at info@matildalovesarchie.co.uk.

International Delivery

Within Europe, shipping is charged at £6.00 for the first item with a further 50p for every extra item on top of that up to a maximum of £8.00. Outside of Europe, shipping is charged at £8.00 with a further £1.00 for every added item. Please select Europe or Rest of World when checking out.

Items will be despatched as they are available using International Signed for Delivery and therefore someone will be required to sign for the package.

General Delivery Information

Orders will be sent to the delivery address that you specify when placing your order. We are not responsible if this address is incorrect. We will not take responsibility for a lost or stolen parcel if you request it is left somewhere rather than signed for at your address.

Now and again items maybe lost in transit. If this does occur please contact our customer services team by email at orders@matildalovesarchie.co.uk and we will investigate with the carrier.

The risk of damage to the goods passes to you once they are delivered to the address specified in your instructions.

Cancellation & Returns

We hope that you will love your Matilda loves Archie purchases but should you wish to cancel or return your goods, we will be happy to give a refund.:

  • Before Delivery
    • Please contact our customer services team, quoting details of your order, by email at orders@matildalovesarchie.co.uk. The order will be cancelled before delivery as long as the goods have not been dispatched.
  • After Delivery
    • Please contact our customer services team within 7 working days of receipt of the goods quoting details of your order, by email at orders@matildalovesarchie.co.uk to cancel you order (or any part of it). Please then return the item by post to us at this address:

      We recommend that you obtain a proof of posting when returning goods.

      Please be aware that you are responsible for returning the item to us and you will be responsible for the costs of return, unless of course the item is faulty.

      The item must be “unused / unworn”, in its original condition, and returned with its original packaging.

Faulty Goods

All of our products are quality checked. However in the unlikely event that our products are found to be faulty or damaged in transit, please return them to us within 14 days of purchase and we will gladly exchange, refund or even offer a repair. As above we recommend that you obtain a proof of posting when returning goods.
